Cast Iron Sandwich Skillet

The skillet features two sides that can be locked together to create a sandwich press or separated and used individually. Each side includes a removable handle, which can be used in a variety of ways, either independently or together.

One side of the skillet features high ridges, allowing you to sear food with grill marks while elevating it above drippings. The other side features a smooth surface ideal for leveraging the non-stick properties of cast iron.
